Dr. Richard Rathke, DDS
Dr. Richard M. Rathke, Jr., grew up in Lacombe, Louisiana, and attended Slidell High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University (2006) and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry (2012). Dr. Rathke takes pride in providing dental services as he would for himself and his family while ensuring that every patient is comfortable throughout the procedure.
His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and New Orleans Dental Association. Some of the continuing education courses Dr. Rathke has taken include the following:

- Advanced Dentoalveolar Surgery for the General Practitioner
- Maxillary Implant Prosthetics
- Insights into Prosthodontic Rehabilitation
- Superior Esthetic Results (Restorative Dentistry)
In 2015, Dr. Rathke worked with the Donated Dental Services Program, which provides dental care to underprivileged patients at no cost.
Dr. Rathke and his wife, Morgan, have been married since 2014. They live in Metairie along with their dog, Bob. Dr. Rathke enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, playing golf, and traveling.
